This image is of a wooden guy holding the clouds making it look as if they were the same size.

This image uses the forced perspective by making the clouds and the wooden man look as if they are the same size.

Personally I think that they created this image by pointing the camera up and the wooden man close up to the camera.

I would of done the same thing as I explained in the third question.
